Hi, I'm Fishy-Feet. I just recently completed getting this tattoo on my feet and wanted to explain it as it explains parts of me. There are multiple duality(light and dark) meanings behind this tattoo. For the light side of it, obviously, it shows I'm a Pisces. The Greek mythology behind it, Aphrodite and her son Eros transformed themselves into fish and escaped to sea to hid from the monster attacking Olympus. They had a piece of rope that was attached to them so they wouldn't lose each other in the sea. That's what the rope is wrapping around my ankles and connecting the 2 fish together. The other symbolic meaning behind the tattoo is the placement of the tattoo. Now every astrology sign has a ruling body part on the human anatomy. The ruling body part of Pisces is our feet. Now on to the dark side meanings. I have a feet fetish. So I wanted my feet tattooed to also show that. The rope wrapping around my ankles twice, represents I'm into rope bondage BDSM. If you look closely on my feet, you will notice, 1 fish has the rope tied around it's tail fin. The other fish has the rope in it's mouth. This symbolizes that I am a switch.
